The Septic Tank Receival Station allows prescreening and grit removal (optional) prior to discharging of tinkered wastes into municipal sewage plants. This avoid overloading of the municipal inlet works both with solids and organics. The Septic Receiving Station allows for a controlled discharged from the tanker. It consist of a screen, and if required, a grit removal system, in a preassembled tank.
It is a completely enclosed system for an external above ground (or below grade) installation that:
- Screens solids from the effluent
- Wash the screenings
- Lifts the screenings above the effluent level
- De-waters the screenings which are discharged into conveniently placed skips or bag
- Separates sand particles / grit (on STU/2.BOT or STU/C.BOT, only)
- Lifts and de-waters the grit which is either discharged into the same skip or a separate skip or a bag (on STU/2.BOT or STU/C.BOT, only)
